To provide the best service for all clients and respect our scheduling commitments, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. •24+ Hours Notice: No fee will be charged for cancellations or rescheduling made at least 24 hours in advance. •Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 30% service charge based on the booked service price. •No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice may also be charged a 30% service fee.
